Forgive the pun. Came across the Bond films at the age of eight when I saw The Living Daylights for the first time. I still remember how I felt the instant I laid eyes on the opening gunbarrel—I thought to myself, “Damn, that was one of the coolest thing’s I’d ever seen in my life.” Everything about the movie—the PTS, the story, the violence, and ultimately—the Bond character himself—blew me away immensely. I was immediately hooked for life. The film still ranks as one of my all-time favs—as my username obviously suggests.
My all-time favorite Bond film would have to be GoldenEye since I played the Nintendo game at an early age. My favorite Bond actors, if I had to choose would be Connery and Brosnan—although I also appreciate Craig, Moore and Dalts. So far I have seen all of the 23 films and have read three of the novels and am currently reading Thunderball.

Thanks for the welcome All. Very kind. And Welcome Saltcorrosion {[]
Not THE Sean C&D But just regarding names, I think subconsciously my parents must have been bigger Bond fans than they thought, as my brother is called James. Our best friend when we were kids was a boy called Ian Fleming
