Well, we are flying back to the UK tomorrow for the whole of June in which I will be celebrating my 60th birthday, seeing relatives and friends, a bit of touring and hopefully a game or two of poker at my club. I will have my trusty laptop with me so will still dip into these boards most days as it has become part of my life )
Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.
Hi, I realise I've been discourteous and not introduced myself. I've been a guest since 2012 but only registered this year.
I read the Bond books as a teenager. I grew up with Roger Moore . I lost interest until Casino Royale which was brilliant . I became obsessed since Skyfall . I can't imagine anyone other than DC being Bond( I did enjoy the night manager).
The missus and kids are amused by it all.
I got addicted to Bond "stuff" in 2012 I got a pair of Hart008 cufflinks that progressed to an Omega PO Skyfall ( paid a bit of a premium for an unworn one).
I visit AJB daily and feel like I know many of you.

Hello, Jovius reporting in. I run the blog Nouveau Vintage and one of my most popular articles was about Colin Firth's Kingsman suits. Most of my interest here lies in the clothing of James Bond, though I'm a fan of the films as well. I was first captivated by the clothing of the films in high school and it was part of why my interest in menswear began. Though I found the attitudes towards women dated, the clothes still looked good to me.
Hope I can add a bit to the discussion.

A warm welcome to AJB, Jovius. I too write a blog of my own (though I need to be more prolific).
Hope you have a great time here! -{
