Very Nice indeed my good man......... well done great work. :007)

Looks a little different to my Belt Buckle for the Gun
however again mines is a different take in it. to match
    the gun.

Is this the Same belt Buckle Leo had in his ''Your Props'' Collection ?

looks very nice as I say

I am not sure but I think the original wee See Mr. Lee take a Golden
bullet from had 2 little golden spring loaded metal lugs that the bullets
clipped into but its very hard to tell from the publicity shot.

I see its a ''MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN'' Xmas this year on the forums :)

In the original we see Mr. Lee take a Golden
bullet from had 2 little golden spring loaded metal lugs that the bullets
    clipped into

The original buckle did not have any spring-loaded lugs. I saw it at EON and photographed it up down front back and sideways!!!

I provided Leo with my pics to use as reference to make his as I'm sure Kan did.

GREAT job!!! I look forward to adding this to my collection.

Thank you everybody - I am glad you all like it. I thought I was the only one crazy about this piece, well except Leo - he is equally crazy. Again thanks to the great Ed for the reference materials. At first, I plan to only post the final pictures, but since there has been so much discussion about the GG and its Xmas, I thought I should do a preview.

This should be completed in time before the release of FE GG.

BTW, right now it is made for SDS 2nd gen bulllet.

It's funny, I don't remember the buckle from the movie. I guess it's time for a DVD night.

The seen won't be found in the movie, it was edited out,

you can see it on the special features of the DVD, only a two second cut,

thanks To Ed from thespyboys we can actually see the details of the buckle,

Scaramanga's belt with special dual cartridge holder buckle is NOT seen in the film.

There is a still photo of Christopher Lee reaching for the extra bullet in his buckle from the deleted scene from the film.

You also might be familiar with the photo of Bond getting ready to throw a thermos...also from the same scene.

Despite Scaramanga's claim to only need one bullet...and being a villain...he cheats!!!

His buckle holds two extra bullets...just in case!!!

I photographed the original buckle in detail when I visited the EON archives as I originally planned on offering replicas.

In the meantime...I shared the photos with both Leo and Kan and they both made VERY nice prototype replicas.

There exists the possibility that a few extras may be offered.

    Villains are liars.

I wonder if the belt will match the bullet from SE Golden Gun replica we're all talking about.

The prototype that was made was far from close, i explained that to the replica maker nicely and sent the piece back, haven't heard from him since, :#

    YVrnA.jpg

far from perfect or exact but could have been a nice piece in the end.

Kan I want to be on the PRIORITY list, :)

wow had been a while ... time flies .... :p

work had resumed on the project and with better information from the Christie's auction I think we are getting very close

here is the updated prototype (the bigger one, the smaller one was the old prototype)

FYI the bullets will fit both FE and SD 2nd Gen
