When I was a young and stupid undergraduate I would drink it by the bottle, minus brown paper bag.
Not a fan these-days, as a respectable man. There's a line in Othello about a drinker and it resonates in my head. I dare say that stuff would render me as such.
Well not last night, but this afternoon. I've had four glasses of Glenlivet whiskey, 12 yr old. Damm good stuff. Might have one more before bed tonight. -{

well. today was opening day of our Renaissance Festival...and you can't NOT drink if you're 21+...so...there were copious amounts of mead and killian's...
Hair of the dog last night.... (Saturday night was a bit of a large one... ending with sake...haven't had that in years - but just as good as I remembered -{ )
So it was beer, a glass (or two ) of prosecco and then a snifter of single malt - so comforting on a wet, chilly Sunday night
She's worth whatever chaos she brings to the table and you know it. ~ Mark Anthony
a large glass of Cardinal Zin red Zinfandel (requested by my friend Ian, the host of our dinner party) followed by a gin and tonic made by another friend, Jeffrey...and then more wine.
Last night, a solitary Heineken not my favourite beer, but what can you do when the SWMBO went shopping and it was all she bought in addition to groceries.
But tonight!
I have it all planned, well start with a couple of negronis, we*ll have a nice bottle of white Lacryma Christi with pasta and for afterdinner drinks I was planning a couple of white ladies

nothing last night, but the two nights before that...
wednesday night: some friends and I went to a bar and my buddy Jeff bought me birthday tequila shots. then I had a long island ice tea, and then finished off with a double of bailey's on the rocks (hush, it's delicious)
thursday night: my friend Kelly had a gathering at her place. what didn't we have to drink? there was lots of wheat beer (bleh), some rum, some whiskey, some gin, some brandy, some red wine, some watermelon schnapps, some Guinness, and some very interesting mixed drinks that the boys made up. OH. and Kelly made me Guinness cupcakes with bailey's frosting for my birthday. yes. a very good night indeed.
Last night was my five year anniversary. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of bottles of Becks, a bottle of 2006 Chateau Coutet, two bottles of Bollinger Le Grande Annee (not sure of the year) and then a few different XO cognacs before rounding the evening off with a wonderful Louis XIII. Head is hurting this morning but it was a great night.

2. Irony.
3. Lists.
My floorball team has thursdays practice at 2100hrs so I'm usually at home by half-past-eleven at night the earliest. After galopping around the court for an hour and a half, sleep just won't come easy......

Isn't tea wonderful? :007)
I believe that if James Bond drank tea, then he'd really be perfect.
a very good night indeed
