I saw (again and again, I love that movie) the movie Swingers (1996) and there is a reference that I don't get.

They are playing golf and the guy tends the pin, and later on the other guy says:

"Better replace the pin, Chi Chi, the natives looks restless".

I'm not sure to get it.
