Sad news, TF Milan is completely out of raw material on all QoS ties. More news to come soon.

Hey guys, so I have been talking with my contact at Tom Ford and we have discovered that any of the QoS ties can be made again with a minimum order of 4 per tie. If we get that amount, I will order that tie and have it sent out as soon as they are made. It would be $295 per tie plus some possible shipping. Very serious buyers only please, you are committed to a tie if I put you on this list.

Well I love the ties in Quantum but I'm not paying $300 for one, sorry. If this was Casino Royale ties...maybe. Another thing is I was let go from my job last Monday so I'm gonna have to cut all of my Bond spending immediately.

Keep in mind that you all have to buy a golden gun. 3 ties VS a golden gun.

EDIT: And don't think of them as an investment piece. Now that we know we can order them, you won't sell them for $800. I mean, chances are I will get in one or two, but if I see one idiot buy these things and NOT post a picture of his SE version of the Golden Gun, I make a citizen arrest.

Well technically all ties but one are at the needed quantity so this should happen pretty soon. I want to give everyone a fair shot at seeing this thread and getting on a list if they want, but I will not be waiting for 50 responses. My contact is on vacation but will be in mid next week. At that point I will tell him the numbers of each tie and confirm that they can be made and what kind of turn around I would expect. Then I will assign a "last chance" date to close down orders. I will make sure the order is ready to go and will not collect payment from anyone until I have to pay myself, minimizing wait time between payment sent and tie at your door.

I will be willing to have more runs made if someone misses out on this one, but I may wait for a higher number to minimize number of separate orders therefore it will take longer. I suggest if you will want one of these ties, jump on it now. There is also a limited amount of material to be considered.

Okay guys, at this point I am going to have to wait for confirmation on how much material is left for each tie. I had no idea there was this much interest! Will hopefully have more definite numbers by the end of the day.

UPDATE! So I have talked to my contact and he will be checking the amount of each material that is left but there is a good chance that we are under that amount for all ties. The final pricing will be $295 per tie (custom tie pricing, no tax) due before the order is made. It is then a flat fee of $60 per household they are shipped to (from NYC). I am thinking I will have them all shipped to me and then I will ship them out myself to save you all money. It will probably work out to $2 a tie (to cover the $60 shipped to me) plus actual shipping cost to each resident. I will get estimates on shipping costs for each person (US & international) and that small amount will be due before the tie is shipped out to you. Most custom orders take 4-6 weeks to be made. If anyone has the exact style numbers or closeups of each tie please post them.

TF never disclosed the exact style numbers etc to its employees let alone the public. However, I have personally shown him the exact ties we are looking for and have screen caps and style numbers for most. However the more info we give them, the more quickly they can distinguish the right ties from wrong and we won't have to do any returns...

Trying to figure this out myself, I think Paypal fees for each tie itself would be just under $9.00. For those who know, does that seem to be in the ballpark?
