The bands holes in picture 2 and 3 don't match. I would say definitely sketchy. bad sign is how the third picture is a close cropped photo also. I would stay away.
You should be able to see the lines / ribs very easily if that make sense (sorry too early down here to think of wording lol)

"Ribs" is fine Paul; they should be running from top right to bottom left on the tie as you look at it. They do on mine purchased from someone on here :

Quite a few items (especially on eBay) are listed as being Bond-related, and it can be quite a minefield for those not familiar with the nuances of the SA items to determine if they actually are accurate or not.
As Paul said, this isn’t the correct dinner suit, unfortunately. The correct one is midnight blue, 50/50 cashmere and mohair with a different shawl collar and no gauntlet cuffs. I believe the original material is no longer available, so it is exquisitely difficult to find the right one; it took me ages, and I had to get it altered extensively due to the incorrect lapel material.
