) ) brilliant - that guy is a lookalike from London - he was at a hotel in Marble Arch when, by coincidence, we had organised a client screening of Skyfall on the night of its London premiere.
That's been on eBay since around Sep/Oct last year. Its ridiculously high starting price at the time ($2,300USD) was discussed from around post 3,068 in this thread - it's been interesting to see it slowly drop in price over the past few months.
At one point the jacket was up for auction (and I placed a bid but didn't win) I think it ended on about $400USD (which was also discussed in this thread)...and after it ended I got a message from the seller saying "thank you for your bid on the Y-3. I refused to sell it to the best bidder because the price was too low." and then offered to sell it to me for an inflated price. So I guess what i'm getting at is buyer beware with this seller if anyone does want to get this.

I've been keeping an eye on this auction and i have noticed the price slowly dropping with each listing. I remember last fall there was a new size large Y3 jacket with tags for $800 or b/o and he was asking close to that for a used jacket so i never bid on it. Luckily i was able to get in on the Harrington project and since i liked the Harrington more i saw no need for a Y3 jacket! That seller has a lot of nerve to contact you after you won, tell you why he won't sell you the jacket and then tries to offer it to you for a higher price! I guess some people don't understand the concept of a legally binding contarct 8-)

This actually happened to JTM and not me BUT if that happened to me I assure you I would have contacted eBay to complain.
For all our US members, eBay US have 20% of EVERYTHING from any seller but it's only for the next 6 hours and the max discount is $100 - but that's better than nothing. Use code PSPRING20 on checkout!

My name is Bond, Basildon Bond - I have letters after my name!
Thanks! But if I understand the page, the watch was used for promotions and is neither screen used nor a film prop...
This had been listed on eBay on and off for a year or two.
I contacted the seller who confirmed it was not screen-used but something he had made-up for a special exhibition.
I was interested though given the provenance thought it was too pricey but the seller was pretty adamant.
Not sure but ignoring the pics, I think he said it no longer lit up or the wires had at least been cut so the buyer would have to come-up with their own way of powering it.
<<CORRECTION>>
Went back through my eMail and find it was, in fact, the seller a GE "laser" watch which appeared in the same exhibition with whom I corresponded.
