Which, in other words, usually means that you have SOLD them under the table, bypassed the eBay fees, and eliminated any fair chance for someone to actually win your auction.
I pulled the auction as I received a lot of interest from outside of the UK and so wanted to investigate shipping options and insurance cover for the item if the winner turned out to be from abroad.
My intention initially was never to sell outside of the UK but given all the interest from abroad, I wanted to open it up to other countries and so I thought the fairest way was to stop it, do some research into shipping internationally and then re-list it for international shipping also.

I purchased a used copy of Ian Fleming's Thrilling Cities book from Ebay a few years ago. I was quite happy to have found a copy at last and the price was well within my budget range. Also I purchased a paperback copy of John Gardner's "No Deals Mr. Bond" during my junior year of high school along with a Johnny Lightning Aston Martin Vantage from The Living Daylights.
So far as a collector I have had luck with Ebay and finding the items I want for the right prices, I have not used it much lately thought I might again since some of the stuff I am looking for is getting hard to find in other places.
