I think from the write-up this is supposed to be one of the older pre-Skyfall releases, so 100% wool. Anyone interested should email the seller for clarification. In the brighter pictures it does seem like the leather is brown, not the black like some of the current releases. Opening bid of $325.

Two auctions for Church Ryders ended today. The UK 11Gs with almost untouched soles went for $207.50, but a pair of UK 10Gs with worn down heels went for only $36.00. I wear a 10.5-11G so only the more expensive auction affected me.(My bid was way too low. ) Whoever got the size 10 got a hell of a deal. You can replace the sole for $125-$140 or even the heel alone for a fraction of that price and have a great pair of boots. I wonder if anyone here got either pair?
Buyers beware! Although these glasses were signed by Pierce Brosnan, undoubtedly in good faith, and for a great cause, they are not the same model of Persols used in GoldenEye, as I discovered to my dismay....:
