Rolex in Skyfall? I thought they used Hamilton Pulsar P2 2900 LED digital watches in Skyfall ........... Oh well must be genuine as it's attached to a label that says Floating Dragon
That's not a mere label, my good man, that's the tag from a highly reputable (but utterly hush-hush) auction house!
I hate it when this happens...there's talk on here about a crazy item on Ebay that makes no sense yet people still bid on it, and by the time I click the link expecting to have a laugh; "listing removed" and I don't get to see it. Boo!

From memory, it was black Rolex Submariner attached to a brown auction style tag with 'Floating Dragon' and some generic number/code written on it. The description says it was a replica watch which was one of many used on screen and he managed to snag one of them as he was working on the set of the movie. )
In the description it said "made of metal" and "not guaranteed to work" )
Presumably he is talking about the Macau casino scene where Bond in fact wears a blue dial Omega Aqua Terra. Or maybe he was referring to an unseen watch worn by one of Séverine's guards...
Swapped one lie with another by admitting it was fake but then tried to trick people into believing it was used in the movie.

They are not SA version as button arrangement on waistband different and colour is posted as dove grey which is not quite the correct colour. I actually have trousers in both dove grey and correct colour code - there is a very marginal difference, but hard to tell unless you have them side by side? There is a post of mine somewhere in past with comparison shot on main Spectre clothing thread - I think! They will look very similar though!
Anyone interested in the lamps in Q's workplace in SPECTRE? http://link.marktplaats.nl/m1057495719 I understand most of you don't speak Dutch so a quick translation of the most important parts:
They have around 100 pieces, need to be cleaned and refitted with a new bulp fitting (new bulp fitting is included in the price). Wire also needs to be replaced.

I love that the pop-up message about accepting cookies has a photo of those AMAZING Dutch waffle thingies! I have no self-control when it comes to those. I'd probably knock over an old lady to get the last one.

I don't know about that. I just came across them and thought I'd share it with you guys. I'm not sure how rare these lamps are but it might be a cool item to have.

Ah yes, stroopwafels! Just last week I was thinking about starting a business selling stroopwafels around the globe. Everybody I know loves 'em. And when you look around Schiphol Airport you will see people wolfing down 10 at a time before going through customs.

I don't understand how 6 people could fall for this. At least 2 of the 8 probably the seller to show that people will bid on this item.

It's better than most of the options on eBay, but I wouldn't bet much in the way of quality.
