It is indeed a close match by the same manufacturer. It's a similar colour, just in a different material. The style differences are small.

Actually, they resemble the swim shorts that Sean Connery wears in Woman of Straw, which Sunspel recreated as the "Thunderball" swim shorts for the Designing 007 exhibition. These are the Woman of Straw shorts (not Thunderball!):

I've got a pair of the Sunspels, which aren't terribly well made. As soon as I get them I'll post some pics, and maybe do a comparison with the Sunspels, and possibly the OB Setters.
