    60's:

    From Russia with Love
    Goldfinger
    On Her Majesty's Secret Service
    Dr. No
    Thunderball
You Only Live Twice (YOLT is dead last because it sucks...the damn producers were supposed to make a revenge story out of that damn book!!!!!!!!!)

    70's:

    The Spy Who Loved Me
    Moonraker
    Diamonds Are Forever
The Man with the Golden Gun
Live and Let Die (I don't know why but there's just something about these films that makes me hate them...I can't put my finger on it but I know that I hate them all equally.)

    80's:

    The Living Daylights
    Licence to Kill
    For Your Eyes Only
    Octopussy
A View to a Kill (TLD, LTK and FYEO were more serious in tone than the other two but there was just something missing. Something that made most of the Bond films from the 60's great.)

    90's:

    GoldenEye
    The World is Not Enough
Tomorrow Never Dies (I know I'm probably in the minority here but I feel like GoldenEye is the only decent Bond film to come out of the 1990's...Martin Campbell's direction was good and Pierce Brosnan seemed to work better with him.)

    00's:

    Casino Royale
    Quantum of Solace
    Die Another Day

(CR was the first Bond film based on a book by Ian Fleming since TMWTGG and it's arguably the best because the film followed most of the general plotlines from the book but it was still fresh. It was still contemporary at the same time.)

(QoS was vastly different from CR, it was a lot shorter and the pace of the film was just a lot faster. It wasn't based on a book like CR was but it did borrow a name from an Ian Fleming short story and because the narrative of the film is moving so fast, it actually feels like a Bond short story. But Martin Campbell's absence was still apparent and we'll never know what Campbell would've done differently. QoS tied up some loose ends but it also created some new ones for the next movie.)

(Die Another Day was a self-parody of James Bond, just like Batman & Robin was a self-parody of Batman. I think Barbara Broccoli's mentality during the production of DAD was this; "If you can't laugh at yourself then you shouldn't be making jokes in the first place." Barbara was laughing at herself when she helped create DAD...But she was also laughing at James Bond and all the hard work her family did to bring Bond to the big screen.)
"I admire your courage, Miss?..." "Trench, Sylvia Trench."

"I admire your luck, Mister?..." "Bond, James Bond."

That's an interesting sumise of DAD, I'd never thought of it like that.

    60's goldfinger
70's the spy, who loved me
80's licence to kill (although im a Dalton fan, this is a bit too serious)
    90's goldeneye
    00's die another day
(i should note that i think that the bond producers are influenced by the star wars team. the first star wars film was made in the late 70's so they made Moonraker. then they bring star wars back to the beginning, so they made Quantum.)

    70's
the spy who loved me ( by far the best one of the 70's
moonraker ( the ending is a bit cheesy but it's still second)
the man with the golden gun
    diamonds are forever
    live and let die

    80's
For your eyes only ( my fav bond film)
    octopussy
license to kill and the living daylights share second i can never decide what dalton is better casue they're both good
a view to a kill ( an okay bond film, not as bad as it seems)

    90's
Goldeneye is a good bond film the other two aren't bond.

    00'
    casino royale
    quantum of solace
die another day ( the same plot of a diamond laser and all the homages wear me down, not bond anyway)

favourite bond decade- 80's. I like the moore touch and dalton is a good bond.
least favourite decade- 90's, brosnan seems makes it an action film, not bond.

What is it people like about Licence To Kill, being at the top of everyone's 80's list. I couldn't even enjoy it on an ironic level. It was enjoyable at the beginning, but declines after M's scene with Bond. Dalton's the best Bond to me, but needed greater movies.
