I know from reading previous posts that a lot of you guys know your watches and I'm looking to see if anyone can offer me some advice about selling a Rolex.
I have a Rolex Daytona for sale and not sure that Ebay is my best option.
It is the new model, stainless steel with white dial in really good condition (full papers and still in warranty)
Look forward to hearing thoughts or suggestions.
Cheers

I take on board what you're saying about Ebay - I hadn't heard about the scenario that you describe but knew that I didn't want to go down that route hence why I thought people here may have some experience of selling and buying.
I recently upgraded my submariner to a sea dweller & the jewellers I mentioned above didn't make a great offer as part of the upgrade - they suggested Ebay would get me a better price but fortunately I was able to find a friend of a friend and sold it privately.
