^ Yea Burn Notice is one of my favourite TV shows, she was excellent on it! We need a really elegant lead women for this one, and many other girls too just to compensate for Quantum.
For the lead in my oppinion we should have Catherine Zeta Jones to add a touch of class and eye candy. One question, why the hell hasnt she been used yet? Not to mention her description is perticularly Fleming like! If you read the books you'd know what I'm talking about
"I take a ridiculous pleasure in what I eat and drink."
Cathrine Zeta-Jones should have been used in a Bond movie about 15years ago - when she was fresh talent and also not so costly to hire.
Like christina Hendricks of "Mad Men" is now. She is considered by many to be the most beautiful woman on TV now, and she has proved in Mad Men that she is a good actress.
Georgina Bouzova is strictly MILF territory, except I wouldn't want to F her.
I suppose technically she is a MILF yes, but at a young 34 years old (she is hardly old.) She definetaly would get my full backing to be a Bond girl - always thought she was drop dead gorgeous! :x
Oh & I would absolutely love to F her - what an achievement if I could do the honors!!

Seconded. I would submit to a younger women like that any day of the week.

I predict some skinny European actress I never heard of.
Dark haired and sex-less no doubt with a 'boyish' figure and minimal make up. I do hope not though I'd love some proper 'old school' glamour with a sensible age match. Bond and Fields looked a bit creepy to me...early - mid 30's would be ideal.

Me to, made Bond seem a bit pervy and for some reason even more so than RM.
What a great choice in an ideal world...Eon are too cheap, she is too famous though. The other major benefit would be at 5ft 3 she is not to tall for DC who could possibly get by without wearing lifts this time.
If they're wise, they'll move the locale for the next Bond to at least some part of Asia, and they will choose at least some of the girls from that world region.

I third this!

I agree. She's hot and a decent actress.

I agree she could be a good choice, especially to play the villain girl, but no way Scarlett Johansson ever does a Bond movie. She's a way bigger star than Craig and she would cost production an indecent amount of money. She also doesn't seem the type to favor that type of choice in terms of acting roles. I agree she would be good but I don't think it's even worth considering as really, there is no way they would ever be able to afford her. And they hardly ever picked women that were so famous to play a Bond girl. Relatively famous is fine, but Scarlett Johansson is a major star at this point. I can't see it happening. It would be like having Penelope Cruz as Bond girl. Just not happening, I'm afraid. Also, famous and serious actresses hardly ever consider this type of role, unless it is a cameo. If they really want to spend lots of money, I could see Johansson or someone like her having a cameo, but nothing more than that.
And, Christina Aguilera are you kidding me?! Great singer and all but NO WAY for a Bond girl role. A Bond girl is supposed to be classy and refined, and not so mainstream at all. Hell to the no. I do like her as a singer and I think she's a pretty girl, but she's got absolutely nothing to do with Bond.
In an ideal world, where I could pick absolutely anyone, I'd pick Gisele Bundchen as Bond girl. Not with Craig as Bond though, she'd tower over him even barefoot with him in lifts ) (she's 5'11'') But, man she's got the perfect Bond girl look. Because she's beautiful but she also has an edge, she's not the typical porcelain doll beauty. Hell, I could see her playing the villain Bond girl. I think she'd be the best one after Famke Janssen.

Anyway, never gonna happen, like Scarlett, so pointless, sorry )
In terms of likely ones, I wouldn't mind if they actually went through with Olivia Wilde. She is very pretty, and she's a decent actress.
Scarlett Johanson took a very minor role in Iron Man 2. She was good in the action role, but I don't see that she's so star as to not want the Bond girl role. I think the reason most actors don't take up the role, is it seems to be the kiss of death to their acting career. Not many have done so well afterwards.

yeh, agreed, why is that......? Halle Berry I guess has done okay, as has Jane Seymour... but that's a very small number. You would have thought that a Bond girl role would do good for an actresses career, rather than the opposite.
Shame really.
I would like to see Michelle Ryan - but I think she was looked at for CR and didn't get it.... probably not quite sophisticated enough..... but would be good as a 'go girl' rather than the elegant siren.....

No, im not kidding about Christina Aguilera. She could have a very small role and sing the theme song. She has a better voice than Madonna...
All Bond girls havent been classy and refined. Here are two examples: Mary Goodnight and Christmas Jones...
What counts is what the heroine provokes, or rather what she represents. She is the one, or rather the love or fear she inspires in the hero , or else the concern he feels for her, who makes him act the way he does.

You're doing it again with your strange girl-next-door women! )
I actually saw her in a play and she looked pretty darn good in the flesh, but her acting was pretty shabby...:#
