There's two ways to get to the bottom, actually three. But I'll tell you about the safe ways as Zorin demonstrated one way to get down. You can walk down the metal tubing that the cables are connected to. Or, there's a small elevator in one (maybe both) of the towers. It's small caged elevator that's hand operated.

Brilliant thanks for sharing that info, never would of figured a bridge to have an elevator. Though given the size spose it makes sense!
