I don't think you have changed your clock then to BST - so you are an hour out..... you are based in the UK right? On my UK time, it was 00:23 - I really don't want to make a big deal about it, BUT it's these little details that can cause probs.
To change your clock to BST go to 'My Profile' then choose 'Settings', and make sure the daylight savings box is ticked.... then SAVE the changes at the bottom....
That then should clear up any future issues -{

Which is why we decided - many posts ago - to change our individual clock settings to the 'correct' time.....full instructions were given, I'm sure you remember ?
I had a spot of bother with SirMiles regarding this a few weeks back. We should all be on GMT correct? That way we all have the same site clock as we vote on this topic.
I sure hope it won't be shut down...that would be quite the let down over a simple bit of confusion SirMiles. Let's not take it too far.

At the very begining of the game, I thought my clock settings were already set to the settings everybody would use. I just wrongly assumed. So yes, I have now ticked the daylight box and all should be well (hopefully)

At the very begining of the game, I thought my clock settings were already set to the settings everybody would use. I just wrongly assumed. So yes, I have now ticked the daylight box and all should be well (hopefully)

Without sounding pedantic BUT Jarvio, when you voted yesterday - you actually voted at 00:23 (but counted it as the day before's vote) - but technically it is ANOTHER day..... so you did actually vote 3 times. If it's past MIDNIGHT then really you have to count that vote as the FIRST one for that day.
I'm not that bothered - as you only voted once the day before - but where do we draw the line?

That's what it said on my site clock. I believe you - it must have displayed it as another day on your site clock. Although on mine, it said 2 votes one day and 2 votes another day.
I'm not quite sure what else to suggest, other than I will try my best to stay away from voting around midnight-ish, and vote during the afternoons instead, so that it's less likely to cross over to another day.

I don't think you have changed your clock then to BST - so you are an hour out..... you are based in the UK right? On my UK time, it was 00:23 - I really don't want to make a big deal about it, BUT it's these little details that can cause probs.
To change your clock to BST go to 'My Profile' then choose 'Settings', and make sure the daylight savings box is ticked.... then SAVE the changes at the bottom....
That then should clear up any future issues -{

Well, I'm not convinced that you 'simply get confused' by telling the time....but you do make an excellent case for it....and you have already used that 'excuse' once before....
And the game isn't in it's latter stages at all....and the result is now corrupt anyway....
It really should be obvious to everybody here that the site clock was the issue, and it really should be obvious to everyone that I didn't intend to break the rules! This was a good game. I made one simple mistake by not having a daylight box ticked, putting me 1 hour out. And guess what? Sir Miles doesn't believe me, but instead accuses me of intentionally cheating in my own game! I've tried to keep my cool by explaining what happened, but now Sir Miles just thinks I'm making up excuses. There's nothing else that I can do or say about this that hasn't already been said. I resign from the game.
If this game does stay open, then I hope the remaining players continue to enjoy it.
