Black tie spy: the WW2 MI6 operation and Goldfinger

I've published a detailed article on my research into an MI6 operation conducted in November 1941, which I believe directly inspired the opening sequence of the film Goldfinger. The article includes an interview with Guy Hamilton, excerpts from and discussion of Paul Dehn's draft of the screenplay (some details of which have never previously been published, to my knowledge), excerpts from SOE's syllabus showing the amount of real espionage expertise on display in the scene, photographs of the main players, and more besides. I hope some here enjoy it!

Great article, Jeremy! Rather belated post on my part!
