ok, so say i change my mind and now want to build this model. i go to subscribe to the mag, but what happens?
do i start out paying the 6.99 instalments and start recieving my mags and parts every fortnight, or m i playing catch up and have to shell out on a lump sum for the issues i've now missed, and then start paying the 6.99 every 2 weeks?

Purely a guess but as all back issues are available & completion is in ten issues one would imagine that if you've got the dosh you can probably purchase all 85 issues in one hit, after all with the completion of the part works they'll be moving onto the next project...Casino Royale DBS? please & thank you.
please pass this on to the quality control printing & finishing dept
I am sorry I have to complain about the quality of the finish on the magazine james bonds
DB5 almost every copy I get has cuts, scratches, dents, tears, holes, rub marks, creases and or
some other blemish from the finishing m/c i think, I used to work in printing,
i have ask for another no 63 as this one was really bad but still not had this,
as this part work is a collators item and not a read and throw away item this is just not good
at a price of £6.99 (the model is free ? ) I would expect the quality to be better.
yours paul
I got another copy of mag 63 with more scratches.
the next day I got nos 72 73 74 & 75 all with scratches in the same places. ???
Hi all, been catching up on the build recently. anybody any clues how to keep the bullet proof screen playing ball? how does it release and stay locked on the finished model? mine is being temperamental cheers

You need to take it apart & push down slightly on the bit of bent wire so the mechanism hooks. By pressing down on the screen & tilting to one side the mechanism should release however do not push too hard when you bend the wire hook slightly. Initially straight out of the pack my shield wouldn't lock either.
June Update: Donk's Build Diary...
The scuttle section is now complete and it's just ten or so issues to total completion & it's bloody heavy!
If you think this is impressive then you'll be pleased to know there's a 3ft version on the way but it'll probably cost what a real DB9 will set you back, still at least you dont have to wait 87? weeks to build it...Bullet holes optional!
i have collected the whole thing all issues all parts but my husband is not interested in it so i think i will sell it all i am sure someone is interested in buying it and building it
