James Bond Style Music Video

Hi guys.
This is my first post on this forum.
My name is Chris and I am a filmmaker and have been a Bond fan since I was very very young. When I saw Goldeneye at the cinema at the age of 12 I made it my life goal to direct Bond 30.
I've directed for the BBC and made several award winning broadcast short films and music videos, including a video for Robbie Williams which came second in a world wide competiton.
I won 'Best Action Film' at the New York Independent Film Festival with my short 'Anno Domini' (which was a period Roman action drama and made with props from 'Gladiator').
In 2008, I directed a 40 minute film called 'Turpin', which was a modern adapation of the Dick Turpin legend (kind of a British Pirates of the Caribbean). It is also connected to James Bond; Turpin stars Jeremy Bulloch and Caroline Munro and the poster was designed by Bond illustrator Pete Wallbank. It also premiered at Pinewood Studios (at the cinema right next to the 007 soundstage... a bit of a childhood dream).
Link to the trailer here, please watch in 480p : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jx4Pd-4U7HM
Recently, I directed a World War 1 music video for Weak13 which can be viewed at my website.
Please watch the video with the sound off or down as the track is terrible, but as a director I don't get a choice in the track I have to make a video for.
My website is currently having a re-vamp but the video can be seen at:

So far the weak13 music video is my biggest music video (production value wise) to date, however the next one will be bigger.
I am currently in pre-production for a James Bond style music video (inspired by 007 and spy films but still with my own twist) for an amazing band. The song that I am directing the video for has that Bond 'sound ' (very 'You Know My Name' in my opinion). I can't say too much now until the final contract is locked but I just wanted to throw it out to other Bond fans. I know what I would want to see as a Bond fan but would you like to see in a Bond inspired music video? I want Bond fans to think it's amazing (this is my aim) and still appeal to a wider audience.
I am currently knee deep in research (and loving it).
The tone and shooting style I am going for is Martin Campbell (Casino Royale/ Goldeneye).
So guys. any advice? Help, props, ideas, costumes, locations etc. would all be very much appreciated at this stage. Please email me at the address below.
I will keep this thread up to date and when I am allowed I will release the name of the band and song with photographs of my 'Bond' and 'Bond girl' that have been cast (the girl is soon to become a recognisable face on British TV).
Thank you in advance.
Regards,

Rachel Shenton from Hollyoaks cast as the girl.
It's up to you how essential it needs to be that it's a Bond-influenced song in terms of props and costumes isn't it. You could go one way and have an Aston Martin and a tuxedo, or you could have some references which are iconic while at the same time being not as obvious.
I personally wouldn't overuse the already super-recognisable things from Bond like the gadgets and such -- Robbie Williams already did that for one, in the Millennium video. :007)
You could have the girl and the guy in a casino (where you could utilise your Martin Campbell influences) -- have them play cards headsup (a-la GoldenEye, Dr. No) -- and add your own twists, i.e. it's not really a Bond character, he's an enemy spy or something, and the girl in the video is actually the good agent. She could drive off in a Bond car
I have been very very busy since my last post. Almost non stop in fact.
I have all my first choice locations and more!!
Yes the main male lead (the Bond style spy) has been cast.
An amazing scottish actor called Richard Jack. Look him up on IMDB. He starred as Tom King in my Dick Turpin film.
Here is the first teaser image. The video will be out soon.
The rest of the images can be seen on my website blog here:

Artwork by Brian Gorman.
Big thanks to everyone who supported my 'James Bond' inspired music video. It's all done and the launch should be very very soon. Here are a few screen shots until then!
