If Casino Royale was an Arcade Game would it be a beat'em up game?

I could easily imagine Craig's Bond in a beat'em up but I can't imagine Connery's Bond in a beat'em up....

I think it would be more of a Card based game. You sit at the table and can choose several different card games. You can also choose from a whole selection of past Bond villains to play against.

It would probably be like that if Casino Royale: The Movie was closer the actual novel but the 2006 movie had a lot of action shoe-horned into it.
