OK So I'm guessing that you purchased a QoS tie replica from Magnoli for about £15 (GBP) as I too purchased one from him back in June/July and still have yet to receive the tie.

Can't help but think we've both been stung here!

If 007/Adam is out there and would like to prove me wrong please do so but I doubt we'll ever hear from him again.8-)

First of all, ALWAYS OPEN A CLAIM BEFORE 45 days if you haven't received anything.

Second of all, you will not win your claim on Paypal if you do not have a tracking number saying that it was not delivered.

Third, it's very cheap and suspicious that he hasn't responded to you, but if you had opened a Paypal claim he would have been forced to answer.

And maybe it was just lost in the mail. But then why doesn't he answer?

PS: Not very nice to publish a picture of him. He's not guilty yet, simply accused.

I sort of agree its maybe not nice to publish photo of him however I guess it is a public pic he's uploaded.

I have had 4 months of bulls**t from a guy on another forum who I sent 250 UK pounds to and he never sent the item. He had tons of feedback so I was not concerned but he recently turned to the Dark Side and pulled a fast one. I googled his email addy and it pulled up him selling the same item on another website 1 month after I had sent the money, coincidence? Blah - unlikely given his lack of comms!!!

Anyhow after publicly shaming him on several forums where he is a very respected member he magically replied, and finally sent me a tracking number so there is hope for you!

I dont want to publically do my dirty washing on a public forum but sometimes its the last resort and hopefully this week the item arrives and not a brick in a cardboard box!!! :))

Almost doesn't seem worth it for £30. But agree, open a claim.

Did I miss something ?:) If item was purchased last summer, you suggest to open a claim now ?

Tell me you are not serious ;)

I think he's saying to open a claim if something like that happens in again in the future.

It's too late to open a claim now. You have 45 days.
