Mystery Bond film location - can anyone help?

SiRfA.jpg

This is a (not very clear) image of a window in a courtyard at a place called Gibson Hall in London. It says something along the lines of "Euston Hotel, North Western Railway". This building is nowhere near Euston, and when I asked the facilities manager about the engraving, he said it was put there when the courtyard was used as a location for a scene from a James Bond film. There is no way of knowing how long ago this happened, and I can't find any reference to this in any Bond resource. Can anyone help? The courtyard looks like this.

Hmm, that's a tough one. Looks to me like it could have been used in some of the churchyard scenes from Goldeneye.

I'm not certain about that though. ?:)

I was thinking more that it was in a scene outside a hotel, given that there's a hotel name etched on the window and, well, the hotel doesn't actually exist. Is there any scene set outside a London hotel called the Euston Hotel? There's no point my looking up Euston Hotel in google, it just comes up with hotels in Euston, which is clearly no help...
