Can I use the gun barrel as my Avatar?

I don't want to upset the Webmaster so before I do anything here, can someone answer if the gun barrel is copyrighted or can I use it as my Avatar?

    No; we are not supposed to use official EON/MGM-owned Bond images on this site in any way whatsoever (their lawyers got on us in a very big way a few years back). We've let this slide lately because these are lean times, but expect us to start cracking down again!
