Its sad news:-(. at least he got to do the Commentary on dvd. I bought that dvd last easter.

I don't think Kreshner would liked to be thanked for NSNA.

Seriously though, in an interview he revealed that he was at one point fired from the film and brought back. He liked working with Sean Connery but described the making of Never Say Never Again as a rather unpleasant experience.

So did everyone. I didn't know he was fired - was that before filming began, or during it? It's not in The Battle for Bond by Sellers if I recall...

I don't know when. I saw this on the A&E Biography of Sean Connery.
