Cheapest way to get all of the Bond films?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could help me out here, I've only so far seen the Daniel Craig films, the Pierce Brosnan films and The Man With The Golden Gun and I really want to see the rest but there are that many box sets and versions of the releases that I'm not sure what to get and what not to. I also wanted to try and get them for as cheap as possible, only being 16 I don't have much money.

Cheers! :)

EDIT: Oh and I have the 'Peirce Brosnan Ultimate Edition, the Craig films and MWTGG individual but I don't mind re-buying them if it means getting other films cheaper too.

Hello, MKUltra, and welcome to AJB! {[] We hope you'll stick around.

Probably the cheapest way to get them is to grab the DVD Ultimate Collection, which have gotten much less expensive since the Blu-Ray has come into its own. Another option would be to try to pick up the films on at a time from ebay; older DVD editions have gotten dirt cheap.

    Hope this helps!

You don't have to buy them all, can't you rent them from a local Blockbuster type place, or join lovefilm.com? That said you may not get the Ultimate Edition from there, the quality won't be as good.

It may be an idea, as Loeffs says, to buy them individually. I'm not sure it's a great idea to buy the lot and sit thru them in a couple of weeks, it could make you jaded as the films are a bit repetitive.

Or you could watch them on youtube! They're up there in individual pieces, not really the full experience, depends on your computer.

I've seen the individual films for under a pound on ebay (pre-owned) - postage will be much more than that, but if a seller has a few then the postage may be less. Carboot sales may be a cheap way to pick up a bargain - I've got rid of stuff I didn't want before moving house like that and there are dealers who seem to make a living selling books, dvds and cds like that at those venues. Some people are bit smelly though... ;)

Thanks all! I think I'll get them individually and look around on ebay for a while, I didn't even think of doing it that way, plus I wouldn't have to re buy the ones I already have, Thanks again and see you around :D

Just been informed by a mate that the box set can be picked up - that's all 22 inc QoS - for £60 at HMV in London. Not bad, mind you my UE Goldfinger has the audio slightly out of wack, had to give up on it. So watch out for that. That was purchased a few years ago mind.
