A lot of people have complained that Craig is blonde and not dark haired as Bond is in the novels.
Roger Moore was blonde/ dark blonde. In one episode of the Persuaders his passport is shown and there his hair color is stated as blonde...

Why has Craig gotten a lot of stick for his hair color but not Moore?

I wouldn't call Roger Moore or Daniel Craig blond in these movies. I'd say their hair kind of looks sandy brown.

"I admire your luck, Mister?..." "Bond, James Bond."

Barry Nelson also appeared with lighter colored hair in some productions (check out Kubrick's The Shining) though I believe his hair looked dark when he played Bond in TV's Casino Royale.

Because Poor old Roger has to take loads of Flack for everthing else. But at least he didn't need lifts in his shoes as miss Arterton let slip. :)) and for those who think he doesn't look at his latest AD, he's clearly wearing High Heels. :))
