Did Fleming have a cameo in From Russia With Love, I read somewhere that he did, but i can't find him there?

Despite what the narrator says, it has NEVER been confirmed that this is Fleming.

If this were true - don't you think everyone would make a huge deal about it? It makes no sense to keep it a secret.

I have actually never heard that rumour before. However, having read Andrew Lycett's superb (and arguably definitive) biography of Fleming for which he had access to the Fleming family, friends and archives - and also Ben MacIntyre's book which accompanied the IWM exhbition - and recalling no mention of a cameo in FRWL, I lean towards the seriously sceptical!
