DG, yes, that is a "gold" Single Action Army Colt, a very cheap and basic kit from the 80s, coloured with "rub 'n' buff" but at the moment I'm still trying to work out which poster you think is Corgi, as I'm pretty sure (although I could be mistaken) I don't possess one.
As regards the Colt, heres me putting it to better use:

DG - sorry still haven't found the CoTS poster yet, but have remembered the make of kit for the Colt, it was Pyro, as I mentioned, very basic, the hammer and trigger are loose, not connected, and the only moving parts.
