James Bond / Spy Convention 2012

Just a teaser....

James Bond / Spy convention coming to Blackpool 2012.

An action packed weekend running from Friday March 23rd 2012 to late on Sunday evening.

Not your usual convention either - i.e. talks in the day and disco at night - we've moved on! Yes there will be guest speakers, yes there will be a do in the evening but shed loads more too!

Jaws / Richard Kiel (confirmed booking) will be there too! More to come...
People from Spooks, MI5 not 9 to 5.
James Bond / Special Ops themed happenings, comedic acts and very crazy people - you may even get shot! Things will just happen....
SFX demonstrations.
Guns and weapons armorer.
Bands & Dj's
Massive dealers room!
James Bond vehicle display.

As a note we will be raising money for UNICEF and Help for Heroes too.

Guest you haven't seen for ages, or ones never seen - give us some ideas folks and we'll see what we can do.

Also, ideas for non Bond spies would be good - we were going to get Leslie Nielsen, but obviously that isn't going to happen anymore as he passed on earlier this year.

Idly, why don't you get the bloke who asks after James Bond at the casino club in Dr No. Would he still be alive? To me that's a bit of movie history but we never see him again. I realise easier said than done.

lol - will have a look - we need to be careful with really early characters, we did a con years ago, 12 guests invited, 6 died before the con!

I,ve tried to e-mail dog biscuit direct but not getting a reply.the web page for buying tickets just reads catalog suspended
