What is it again?

You know, like if I want to link to a youtube clip of the Aston Martin scene in Goldfinger, but instead of posting the link it comes up in blue as the word 'Goldfinger'.

[u r l=website address] name of thing you want appearing in blue [/u r l ]

(just take out the spaces I used in url --> I did that to show you, but if I had typed it without the spaces, it would have not shown you !!)
