Why I admit Brosnan portrayal of Bond is not my favorite, as a person, I rank him pretty high.
Dear Friends, Recently, I donated a painting of my beloved rescue dog Shiloh and my favorite feline Angel Baby to be used for a California specialty license plate. Profits raised from the sale of this plate will help to stop the needless killing of dogs and cats due to pet overpopulation by funding free or low cost spay and neuter programs. My pleasure! While I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brosnan, I greatly admire his work on behalf of animals, the environment, human rights, etc. His passions pretty much mirror my own. If by some chance I could sit down and have a beer or glass of wine with one of the Bond actors, I'd probably choose PB because we'd have something to talk about besides 007. Plus, I live on Oahu, he has a house on Kauai, so we're sort of neighbors.

I neither have heard of Remington Steele nor Pierce Brosnan before, but he was a very kind person.
He signed the book that I was reading at that time: Ian Fleming's OHMSS

What a great story! I read somewhere that Brosnan dreamed of remaking OHMSS. Don't get me wrong, I love the original OHMSS (it's my favorite Bond film), but I do wonder what a Brosnan remake would have been like.
