Saw this jacket in Target from far away on the rack, and got all excited. Until I got closer and realized it wasn't what I was hoping for. It's that suede type windbreaker with a ribbed waist band. It is available in a Navy color and has the Harrington look though. Shown in the link in the Tan color.
I was really liking the look of that J Crew, especially the (apparent) weight of the fabric. But then I noticed it had raglan sleeves, which dials it back a bit for me. Still, really good find!

The shot you have of the tartan lining is a shopped version someone was trying to pass off a few years ago to try to "prove" the jacket was a Barracuta, rather than accepting that, sadly, it was the much more expensive Tom Ford...

Agreed. I have seen that Tartan photo many times and never even considered that it may be real. It was just loud and not what I remembered from first seeing the photos and film.

It's a dark blue/grey with button tab adjusters at the back on the waist band. Button tab on the sleeves too. It's got the button collar as well. It was on sale at $58 so only around £40. As I'm still on holiday, I can't upload photos at the moment but I can as soon as I get back.
