Well, it's Monday so it's time to post my picture No difference at all however, despite loosing 2.5kg in weight and 2cm in the belly. Here it is anyway because I treat it as some sort of motivation! (the right one is the one from today)

I measure those things also! I'm not that fat to measure my neck - it was 41cm when I was pretty well built, it's 41cm now - but I'm measuring both the waist and thigh, lost 2cm this week so it's not that bad.
Men's Health however is a complete piece of rubbish... At least the Polish version. Half of it is about "how to do her in 150 ways", the second half is about "get perfect abs in just two weeks". I wish we had GQ in here!

You appear to be putting on weight, judging by the right pic. However, you are not. Look closely, and you will see the weight is coming off your chest but not the stomach (yet). So it is common in the early stages to look actually worse as weight tends to come off unasked for areas like legs, arms, chest while the stomach stays still. In other words, the stomach in the right pic appears larger, but it is relative to the chest.
But you are losing weight of course, but the stomach tends to play catch up, it lags behind. Green tea is said to work on stomach weight, so try that. Also, imo try a few minor excercises with dumbbells, just 1kg windmilling and so on will work. The Plank (youtube it) is the simplest most amazing 'exercise' for tightening up those stomach muscles, also Side Plank.

Actually the chest is the same (I measure it every week), the shading is different so that's why the chest appears to be "flat". Like I said before - list 2cm in waist so definitely the stomach is smaller but not visibly smaller.

all teeth and tits from the keep fit dept (as if 1 week of aqua aerobics will make any difference 8-) ) and she asked moi if I wanted to join in , I replied quick as a flash , do you get a free kebab after she left with her head bowed (wife get me another mojito )
Week three - still barely any difference! Lost over 3kg by know, the belly seems to be a little bit flatter on the picture. Unfortunately I forgot to take a measure with me to my flat in Cracow so I can't compare the measurements except my weight!
No updates last week and this week, because just before the exam I gained 2.5 kg So it would be useless to do another comparison. Also I'm sick currently so I had to skip running for the first time since the last 30 days.
I'm almost back on track. Despite failing my exam miserably it gave me a huge motivation punch, I'm almost back on track and will upload a new photo next week. Fingers crossed.
