It's hard to pick just one scene. I like Licence to Kill. That gets me going. In Casino Royale (2006), it is hard for me to watch the hanging and the jumping to the metal scaffolding, whatever it is. I wince. Bond trying to run to the car after the woman is kidnapped and Bond's adventure at the airport was great. I love a good airport chase.
Are their any other movies with an Airport chase? Their is a Die Hard movie, but have they ever had a long, long scene that takes place inside an Airport or a whole movie about a cat and mouse chase inside an Airport?

Bullit springs to mind - all over the runway.

The finale of Heat is another - a homage to Bullitt to be fair.

I like the pts in TND. Bond going after the plane to get the warheads out of the way of the cruise missile.

TBF, Campbell does some great action scenes though they don't always quite make sense. The pts of GE (though it has its flaws of logic) and tank chase etc.

Some of the others are too pat or are really just down to the stunts. Ironically the car chase in TMWTGG is very good (excluding the corkscrew jump which is just a stunt imo). I suppose the pts of Spy clinches it, it sets the benchmark. I also personally love the pts of AVTAK (so sue me) and the Eiffel Tower jump, dodgy stand-in stuntman and all.

Oh, the train top chase in OP is excellent too.

For me, it's the big battle scene in Thunderball. I saw it on the big screen when it was first released and it was very mesemerizing. Pefect choreography, great visuals and use of color. Especially great when you remember this was all done live, without the use of computer generated imagery. I can understand that someone people find it a bit long. But every time I saw as it was meant to be scene, it just grabbed me. If anything, the fight seemed longer then it was -- there was that much action to it. This was also the time that I recocnized the major battle motif that would be used in the Bond movies.

Agreed. Has never been, will never be topped IMO.
