Best Gadget

I know gadgets are thin on the ground now, but here's hoping they give Bond a few toys next time out.

High on my list was Brozzer's mobile phone with its stun-gun feature - leading up to Dr. Kauffman's demise and quite possibly the best end to one of the best character's ever in the series. Aside from that one, it's got to be Moore's Rolex in LALD. Yes, it inspired me to make a really **** one out of a leather watch strap and a flower-shaped fridge magnet when I was seven, but it was pretty good nonetheless...

Probably the most simple of all, the small piece of Velcro that transforms the Tux into blackout Sniper -ware. Pure class, so Dalton, pure 007.

Always a big fan of the pen grenade, GE being one of my favorite Bond films. The briefcase in FRWL was quite impressive as well, but nothing compares to the pen. *Click* *Click* *Click* "GIVE ME THE CODES NATALAYA! GIVE THEM TO ME!!!" And the rest is history....

    1. GoldenEye 2. Goldfinger 3. Skyfall 4. OHMSS 5. TWINE

.... and a very old returning concept, which has been firstly made with the white tux from Goldfinger.

To me, it is Wet Nellie from TSWLM, followed by the Rolex from LALD and the Seiko from Octopussy
President of the 'Misty Eyes Club'.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

Agreed - I love that scene...and love that film.
    Things I hate:
    1. People who hate things.
    2. Irony.
    3. Lists.

I tend to like the Bond gadgets that you can actually wear or use. The ones that you can imagine are functional even if they are not. I have a hard time picking the best one. Brosnan's Omega is probably tops since I wear one. I picked up an automatic around the time of Goldeneye even though Brosnan had a quartz version...Moore's Rolex. A nice black credit card with imaginary lock pick or Sharper Image card. The pen grenade. I think Parker just released a newer premium model. I'll probably keep one of these in my next car. The DB5 or DBS. Dalton's keyring. Stuff like that.

I think the best gadget ever is this and i come to this conclusion by functionality and the amount of things it does, and i believe no other gadget does no more this doesnt mean vehicles. As from the english dictionary the word gadget (noun) means 'small mechanical device or appliance'.
The Living Daylights Philips key finder; it beeps when you lost your keys, tells the time, magnetic, smoke discharged, has smart key attached, and is an explosive. What more is more impressive in such a small item i ask?
So on that basis it is the best bond gadget ever so far...

I think the coffee machine from LALD should get a mention, can't fit in a trouser pocket but a great conversation piece. :))
