In Casino Royale, we saw 2 women have a small role in Casino Royale (2006) who were in a past James Bond movie.
Who would you like to see return to make a surprise appearance in Bond 23, the 50th Anniversary movie.

Producer Michael G. Wilson has appeared in 12 James Bond movies, in addition to voice-overs in 2 other Bond movies.
Couldn't disagree more....Desmond WAS Major Boothroyd and can't be replaced...plus I really don't want to see a return to the silliness whilst DC is in the role of Bond....it just wouldn't work...
While the silliness could be taken away without too many issues to be honest (because lets face it im 19 so that = Brosnan era to be raised on) I would like to see Q again, for a lot of people its quite a big part of a bond movie, reinforces the whole gadgetry side of bond, Q could still easily be implemented in newer DC films, people will just have to get used to the fact Desmond isnt around any more
Ah right...I thought it was the silliness you particularly missed....I'm not a massive fan of all the outrageous gagetry either....some is fine...as long as it's not too far out there....I'd rather see the return of the Armourer -{
Interesting, I didn't know he had done voiceovers! Where does he make these audio appearances?
Personally, I think bringing back past actors works if they have something new to add to the story. For example the idea of Q and MPenny reappearing is a plus point to me - as long as it is done correctly, and in a new way - respectfully leaving the franchise history to stand for itself. I agree with M - Mr Llewellyn WAS Q. To try emulate or repeat that would be a disservice to his memory. However, there are ways of doing similar things in a different way. Lois Maxwell was lovely as the original Moneypenny, but I also loved Samantha Bond take on the character for the Brosnan era. - I always smile when I see her appear in something else, like Downton Abbey at the mo. I also feel that Dame Judi is great as M, and that takes nothing away from everything that Bernard Lee did as Flemming's definative Admiral.
As for other past characters, Blofeld, Jaws, Goldfinger, Scaramanga, Drax - they have their place in Bond history. 007 needs some new enemies to join them as memorable characters, not rehash what has gone before.
In LTK, in the pre title sequence, It's his voice as the DEA Agent.
In AVTAK, as Bond and Stacy get into the elevator at city hall His voice can be heard over the loudspeaker system.
Thank you for answering my question. I kept thinking it was Goldfinger for some reason. Okay, I have The Living Daylights written on an index card, so I won't forget.
It's been a long Time since we had her type in a Bond, mabey team her up with a Big Physcial henchman type as a Kind of unhinged/Physchotic "Princess Fiona and Shrek " of the Criminal Underworld.
Just think of the Market in Collectables. )
