Ok so that closed topic with the points was pretty confusing. How about this? (in order)
Connery
Vs
Lazenby
Moore
Vs
Dalton
Brosnan
Vs
Craig
In a pure fight who would win knockout style. I realise all these guys are only actors but if one can't speculate on a Bond forum where else?
I would say Connery vs Lazenby the winner would have to be Sir Sean as he was an ex boxer/sportsman.
Moore/Dalton...really we all know the answer to that one.
Brozzer/Craig...can't make my mind up as both in their prime would be both be pretty quick but Craig seems to be more the actory pansy type so I'll go for Brosnan.
(sorry it's 2.15am and I am I bit tipsy typing this)

Reflections in a double bourbon...
But if I had to choose the Hardest actor ever to Play Bond, I'd go with David Niven, a real life Commando in the war.
He's hard-edged, I can tell ya!
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
haha!!
i agree, acting is definetely one step from hairdressing. i love these actor types who profess godlike talent and get off on watching themselves cry on screen. not
Connery is tall, and pretty fit in his prime. Lazenby looked quite physical too and had some kind of link to Australian Commandos. Having served and trained with Australian soldiers, that rates him as a boy scout with good "bush tucker" skills. So Connery every time. )
Moore couldn't beat my two-year old boy. No, seriously. And Dalton couldn't beat my four-year old girl - so it's a tough one. Both knocked out by their own bitch-slapping. )
I like TP's choice of Niven. He served in a pretty tough war and probably knew a few basics that could take the actors and their choreographed moves by surprise...

Moore & Dalton wouldn't make it in to equation, with Connery & Lazenby providing a more than decent undercard. I'd see Lazenby taking a controversial split decision.
Let's get it on!!!! )
Moore was the least natural sportsman and mover of the Bond actors. People who like to mention he won a real life fight with ex-marine Lee Marvin allways "forget" to mention Marvin was shitfaced at the tme. Dalton seemed tough and athletic. Dalton wins.
Brosman seems like a good mover and fighther, but Craig is strongerand seems tougher. I say Craig.
Dalton would be ruthless and just beat the crap out of Moore who I think was a bit too nice to fight anyone.
I'm pretty sure Craig post weights makeover would destroy Brosnan who has only ever been skinny or tubby, but they're both wimps really.
I have to give Dalton the edge over Lazenby but either of them or Connery would beat any of the other three.
While in Edinburgh, Connery was targeted by the notorious Valdor gang, one of the most ruthless gangs in the city. He was first approached by them in a billiard hall on Lothian Street where he prevented them from stealing from his jacket and was later followed by six gang members to a 15 ft high balcony at the Palais. There Connery launched an attack single-handedly against the gang members, grabbing one by the throat and the other by a biceps and cracked their heads together. From then on he was treated with great respect by the gang and gained a reputation as a "hard man".
Don't know how true that particular story actually is, but he is a working-class bloke from the mean streets of Edinburgh. My money would be on him against any of the other Bonds.
Even now he'd probably be able for Timmy Dalton in his prime! )
Be "able for Timmy Dalton in his prime" what ?
And have you seen Connery lately ? He couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding.
