TF is all about the customer service and the in-store experience. From the champagne, to the packaging, to the 2-3 specialist attending each customer/client---they know how to create a moment.
Incorporating a photographic studio for posing might add a little more still.
Visited Tom Ford this weekend and had the pleasure of trying on some of the SkyFall suits, shirts, ties, and sunglasses....lots of goodies coming from them at the end of August it seems. The tab color shirt took a little getting used to.
no, I feel that after having an adjustment I said 8-)

Has anyone checked other gun holster manufacturers to see if that shoulder holster is an off the self item?
I am little curious to find out, as I know that many film productions often feature either Galco or Serpa products used on screen by various characters.
Here is your **** pic... blurry as hello, but at least sporking the SkyFall Marko's...
So, is it confirmed by TF that Bond wears the Marko sunglasses in the film? I know we've seen them in behind-the-scenes photos, but I didn't know if they were being worn onscreen.

I think it's a good choice. Nothing will ever beat the stunning TF108 in QoS but these aviators really suit Daniel Craig well. Does anybody know the 3rd model of Omega that will be appearing alongside the Aquaterra and the Planet Ocean?
My contact at the Bond Street Omega Store mentioned that one of the other watches they are supplying is a De Ville Hour Vision for one of the other cast members - possibly Javier Bardem.
I went to Nieman Markus in Beverly Hills over the weekend. The store has a special Tom Ford display area. As I was browsing, the salesperson pointed out the "New James Bond suit". I asked him the name of the suit, and he said "The Mc....." I can't remenber the name.
Anyway, he asked if I wanted to try it on, but I pointed out that they didn't have my size (42 R). He suggested I try on a 40 just to see the color etc.........and lo and behold, the 40 fit perfectly !
Very curious, as I am a 42 in every other brand of suit. Anyway, needless to say, feel and fit was very luxurious. Tom Ford suits have a heavier feel to me than other suits, but the workmanship is beautiful.
No I didn't buy it, but my dream is to get the Tom Ford Chelsea boots ( $1000.00)

I saw the Tom Ford section in Harrods and they showed me a suit they said was the grey sharksin suit in Skyfall. Except it wasn't since all that suit from all the spy shots is button 3 and the one they showed me was button 2. But none of the suits in Tom Ford's line are designed to fit like Craig's suits in Skyfall. They all have a more traditional fit since Ford himself is not fond of the shrunken look.

Interesting. I know of several clothing manufacturers who purposely make their items one size larger than they should be so that customers buy one size smaller than they normally would. The rationale is that customers will be so delighted that they can wear a 40 in Tom Ford instead of a 42 elsewhere that they'll keep coming back. I'd be surprised if this works, and even more surprised if a designer like Tom Ford would try something like that, but I guess you never know.
Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. With regard to crocket and jones Tutbury, which I am coveting, I found these for sale on eBay, and wonder if a military adviser to the films suggested appropriate footwear for a suitable boot for an off duty officer.
