here it is: Tom Ford representatives have announced to Bond Lifestyle chief correspondent David Zaritsky that the two new styles of suit Craig will wear in SkyFall are the Falconer and the Wetherby. The Falconer is a slim suit that Colin Firth wore in the Single Man.
Well, so far we haven't seen the Wetherby in any shots. It has wide lapels and full-cut pleated trousers, which I love. The Falconer is very similar to the O'Connor suit, but the O'Connor is probably a closer cut. The Falconer is similar but on Colin Firth it doesn't look shrunken like Daniel Craig's suit does. The O'Connor is probably just a tighter variation on the Falconer.
yeah could be, im sure these suits were altered for the movie, of course bond wasnt going to have the huge lapels as the wetherby has but maybe it was altered just to fit the Bond style but is still considered a wetherby suit. only time will tell if we see it in the movie or not. its kind of confusing, were told the suits in the film will be the Falconer & wetherby. now the recent suit diagram is O'Connor. maybe it was always the O'Connor instead of the wetherby style and JB Lifestyle was just misinformed...
Today my third Skyfall Jacket arrived "The RAF-Jacket". What a curious world of sizes For those who wants to buy one of these and aren't sure for which size they go... here are some reference photos: I'am 1,85m and 75kg and my regular Size is M!
RAF-Jacket: Size S (definetely size down... what's in the breakfast of these RAF-Guys who could wear XL )
LVC Menlo: Size S (when you want a fitter look go down with the size... M was to big for me and S fits perfect)
Barbour: Size L (a lot spoken here but with this jacket you must try it on you... M was extremely tight on my shoulders and arms and L fits perfect and you can tailor it down at the waist)
The Shirt under the LVC is a budget one which have a similar pattern... I think
Hope this helps a little bit.
Where did you get that shirt?
Quite similar to the original
The NY store manager confirmed the boot as the Tetbury. Not that it is official, but given his well know support for C&J, I am concluding it's accurate.

I wonder if they are changing the Tetbury somehow. I'm going to email C&J and get clarification since I ordered a pair almost a month ago and usually it takes 2-3 months until they make a pair.

I reached out to my Crockett & Jones contact and he confirmed that indeed Daniel Craig is wearing the Tetbury. Apparently C&J has supplied Daniel Craig with many shoes as part of the promotional pictures for the film. According to my contact Daniel Craig insisted on using C&J shoes which is hardly surprising but it makes me very happy since it's the best shoes I have ever worn.
As for the modified sole he said the shoes they supplied were only modified for stunts so there is no reason to get worked up over a change in the sole as nothing has changed on the Tetbury that you can normally purchase. This puts me at ease. Can't wait to get mine.

[/quote=richmenstoys]can you tell me some facts about the fitting? i've size 7 / 41 ( for example church's ryder wide F medium )
-{
Happy to help mate,
I would say go a 1/2 size up - I wear a 6 G (wide) in Church's, but for the Tetbury I wear a 6.5 E (regular) - The boots are very similar to the Ryder 3's in terms of being a slim, comfortable fit.
The Tetbury has a long arch. Since I have a fallen arch my stockist is actually reducing my size by one half on this one otherwise it will get uncomfortable/painful with use. Not sure if anyone else has feet issues like me but I just thought it should be known.
Glad you liked them - the rrp for the shoes were £330, they are on par with Church's, (the shoe trees are another £60)
One thing I will say that the Dainite Rubber sole allows you to wear these lovely boots almost anywhere and in almost all weather conditions, and they are worth the investment. One more thing to add from the pics it looks like a matt finish, but if you put in the effort with a good boot polish you can get a very nice shine.
Big news today from my contact at Crockett & Jones. He spoke to his General Manager and has been allowed to disclose two more of the shoes/boots used in Skyfall and one that Daniel Craig wore in the James Bond sketch with the Queen at the Olympic ceremony.
First up is something we all knew but could never really be sure of so it has been debated for months here and elsewhere. The pictures of Bond wearing a pair of what we thought was a C&J Highbury is indeed the Highbury. Doubt it no more.
Next is something I have never seen anyone even mention before probably because we don't have any pictures of it but it's the C&J Islay. Perhaps it's the boots he wears when out in the country... who knows. If anyone stumbles on more pictures of the outfit he wears at the Lodge be sure to look for the Islay just in case. This is just my opinion and it was not confirmed by anyone. However C&J says it's in the film.
Don't think any footage of the Barbour outfit to show shoes / boots yet!
Yeah my Tetbury is on order, Highbury and Islay will have to wait until spring.
And like I said I just suspect it's something Bond might wear in the country. It makes sense but then again we haven't seen any shots of his feet with the rest of the Lodge outfit. Keep a sharp eye out!
Excellent work on the footwear. I was wondering what Bond would wear in the country, the Islay makes sense. A very attractive winter boot for those of use who don't like our winter boots to look like winter boots! Do you have a price on the Islay?
Kuragami- great, info! sorry if i missed this but, was tetbury confirmed by your resource?
Yes the Tetbury is confirmed to be used on screen in the film. C&J provided several pairs for stunt work which is where the confusion came from as they modified the soles somewhat for the shoes used for the stunts, however it is in fact the Tetbury. I think the scene it's used in is on the roof of the train. At least that's where the Tetbury was first spotted.

Think there is a shot some wear of his shoes in this scene
