I think it would be one of them with the Ken Adam sets, such as YOLT, playing one of the Spectre lackeys. The downside however is that they would be in the UK.
Initially I thought of Live and Let Die because parts of it were filmed near where I grew up in Harlem, but I'd actually prefer a Connery Bond movie. Probably YOLT because I was fascinated by Japan as the location.
Actually, I'm sure that being an extra in ANY Bond movie sucks. Standing around for hours; getting herded to and fro; being barked orders by an AD; being told not to approach the stars. . . Then, a year or so later, there's that thrill of looking up at the screen and being able to say, "There I am--just the back of my head--visible for one-tenth of one second--but there I am!"

I've done Extra work, and I want to do more, time permitting. Whether its great or crap is what you take from it yourself. Yes you can be sitting for ages, its often cold, and the days are long. But you can meet interesting people from all walks of life, and if you are into it, get an insight into how film and tv production is made right then and there in front of you. (Assuming its not a closed location / studio set).
For me? A specific Bond film - Casino Royale, simply cause its my favourite one. Pref one of the Casino scenes themselves.
Beyond that - Any Q Branch scene from any of the films. It would be fantastic to wear a lab coat and pretend to be one of the Boffins for an afternoon! Apparently Sir Roger used to play pranks on Mr Llewellyn a lot when they shot scenes together. - To see that first hand would have been great.

If time travel was possible, and I could be in anyBond so far (I love the Connery ones, from the time before I was born)... The list would be long. Any minion for Blofeld. An extra on the moon in MR. Around the oil rig or the casino in DAF. One of the nuclear workers in the white plastic suits on Crab Key in DN...
