I thought since there are SO many great scenes from each movie I would like to see what people liked the best from each movie.
Of course I will start with Dr No and go from there.
I loved when he shot Prof Dent in the back with his silenced ppk. I thought it set the tone for the entire franchise. Yes Bond is sophisticated, charming and very well liked, BUT HE IS ALSO A STONE COLD KILLER working for " Her majesty's " government.

Even with One film I'm having trouble picking just one But here's a few scenes I really like.
Bond trying to sneak his gun Back, Bond Pushing past an armed guard to say goodbye to Quarrel, ( showing respect to his comrades ) and asking for two plane tickets to London, to show despite their luxuary cell and friendly staff. He was still a prisoner, and not staying in some counrty hotel.
I think these show something of Bond, his loyalty to friends, his ability to kill in cold blood, a Disregard for athority when he thinks it's needed/ or thinks he knows better, mixed with a dry witt. Not one liners but a more cruel deadpan delivery as with the "I think they where on their way to a funeral" line. -{
Which I think would work with D Craigs take on Bond as I think he could deliver this type of comment without harming his interpretation of Bond.

Because of this, the Jamaica arrival scenes are my favorites in Dr. No.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
But there is so many scenes I love in Dr. No… like the arrival in Jamaica going though the terminal.. The list goes on

My favorite is probably the "better late than never" line after getting out of a speeding car right after killing Professor Dent. I use this line at least once at week if not more. I don't think the killing is as cold as most. It's funny, people consider Bond this harsh, cold killer but I'm pretty sure everyone attempts to kill Bond first. Dent shoots at what he thinks is Bond in bed. Then even tries to shoot him again with an empty gun.
So imo not so much a cold blooded killing of Dent more self preservasion.
I will add one...when Bond is greeted by Mr. Jones at the airport, he smells a rat and calls Government House to inquire as to the pick-up. Playdell-Smith says no car was sent, and Bond hangs up having confirmed that Jones is an enemy. Connery's sneer as he exits the phone booth tells you all you need to know about Bond's toughness. Brilliant.
The odd, unusual take on the now iconic gunbarrel - weird sci-fi Forbidden Planet warbles and all, then the Saul Bass (is it? Hitchcock guy)-style titles, quite unlike Binder's other titles, in fact really wasn't it FRWL's titles (which Binder didn't do) that set the whole thing in motion? Or am I wrong, did he do that one too and skip GF?
Anyway, it's the colourful trippy circles and theme and how it segues so cool into the calypso, anticipating Pulp Fiction's titles by about 30 years, how it just ditches one tune in favour of another one when it feels like it.
Other than that, all the scenes are v good and on a par, special mention for the dinner table talk with No himself.

Yes, I concur, that sneer was brilliant.

The second one is the dinner with Dr. No. It is the first time you see Dr. No, and the tension that builds between the two makes this a great scene IMHO.
