What bond related stuff did we all get for Xmas ?

Merry Xmas all !
My girlfriend doesn't 'do' bond so to speak so relies on hints and pointers etc ...
Sooo I received the bond encylopidia, best of James bond cd and moonraker on blue-ray...

    It's not technically Christmas here yet, but I can guarantee I won't receive anything Bond related. If I do receive something Bond related, I'll report back here. Don't wait by your monitors though.

    I got a Best of Bond CD as well! Spent all morning listening to it :))

    Also got Never Say Never Again on DVD as it was the only Bond film missing from my collection.

    Recieved "Scene it, Bond dvd game" and a set of Bond girls Playing cards, and a set of Bond "Top Trumps". Not collectors Items but I'll have fun playing with them. :))

    Closes I got was Batman " Arkham Asylum " video game. But I had to stop playing the newest Bond game " Bloodstone " to start playing the new Batman game, so in my disjointed brain they are both connected :))

    I bought myself two Ian Fleming novels. Casino Royale and Goldfinger. I wanted to buy Goldeneye wich isn't from Fleming but because it is my favorite movie, but my friend(who bought the books for me on the internet cauze I don't have a credit card) didn't trust the seller so.. I couldn't get it. That's it but I have gifts wich are waiting for me at my father's house so maybe I'll have more.

    My Father has got me Special Effects Superman, The Miniature Work of Derek Meddings. We are just waiting on the book to arrive in the post. My Stepmum got me a daytime dress scarf I requested to go with my suits.

    "Scene it, Bond" is a great game! I got it a few years ago for Christmas. The only problem with it is that I can't find anyone who can challenge me at it! (guess I need more Bond friends...wish I lived closer to a lot of you! We could really have fun playing it!)
    My fave gift this year...my wife bought me 007 cufflinks! Very cool. :)

    I know how you feel mate. I bought this a few years ago as well, but friends now refuse to play it with me!!

    2 of them have all the bond films on dvd so thought they were big fans too. If I can make a suggestion do what I did last time we played - answer only enough questions to make it a close game :)

    I might only get to play the Bond game once as I'll have the same problem as others I'll know all the answers, ( Not being big headed, Just if you've been a fan for over 35 years, you do tend to pick up quite a lot of info :# ).
    Thought it was funny in the playing cards of the Bond girls. The nine of spades is Dame Judi Dench, Not the Bond Babe I was expecting. :))

    That's funny, Stumac, b/c that's what I had to do, too! I pretended to struggle with some of the questions and puzzles to make it seem more like a game. The truth is, I could have just shut everyone else out. It would be a blast to play it with true Bond fans like you all! :)

    I'm getting Bond on Set, Bond on Bond, James Bond archives books and the Q mug-looking forward to sipping tea from it while I read my books and watch Bond on the telly! Oh, forgot too that I'm getting the Skyfall OST and the CD single of Adele also.

    I bought the Bluray Set and had them hidden in my Studio.
    Sadly my wife while hiding christmas presents found them.
    Which led to a short Marital discussion on How many times
    I'd be buying these films.
    It's hard living with a Non Bond fan. :))

    I went for the full John Gardener collection, plus Carte blanche. Got through "icebreaker" and have to say I really enjoyed it, doesn't have flemings flair but there were some great bits, recommended read!
