Prop replicas are not allowed to show on AJB or are they???

Since the recent events on AJB, i'm just curious to know where to draw the line 8-)

Do i need to edit my posts or delete my whole photobucket account, just in case it does some harm to the forum

I think what tep is getting at HB is not what we shouldn't be doing, but more like what we can.

I know ajb is never going to say 'you are 100% safe to do X', as you guys don't wanna be condoning anything or putting yourselves in any legal firing lines, but I think this is what tep is wanting, ie black and white can's and cannot's.

As I understand it, you can make and display replica items on ajb as long as its not an advert for you to sell it.

Images from the films are out too, as is anything with a 007 logo on.

If however you post a link to any external site, then it's out of ajb's hands and thus they don't give a crap.

What confuses me is if a replica prop is itself treated in the same manner as a copyrighted logo.

To keep things simple, I just don't post anything about stuff I'm making for myself anymore. It simply sits in my collection.
