What if Roger Moore had carried on his role as Bond in an unofficial run of films, just as Sean Connery did with his return as Bond in Never Say Never Again...

What a rubbish first post! And yet... Amazingly entertaining too! -{ I would love to see a 3D version of Moonraker, why not, Titanic is getting the treatment. Cool posters anyway. Though, let's have a photoshop of Connery in LALD perhaps, or OHMSS!?

I can imagine Roger carrying on. I can also imagine the titles of some of those unofficial films.

    Oldfinger
    Octogenarian
    The Living Greylights
    Licence To Pills
    The Zimmer Is Not Enough
    Die Any Day

Some things really are best left to the imagination. :D

I think the main reason Moonraker doesn't go well now is because the space scenes haven't aged well. If they made a remake, now it would probably be quite good.

I respect the role of Moore as 007, but I passed on films too little irony and sarcasm, which is what I liked best of Connery and Lazenby

Any movie that would feature James Bond in space would be just as crappy and moronic as the original Moonraker, regardless of special effects.
