My money's on TF144 Marko - he seems to have been wearing variations of the same for awhile and it suits him. It's one of TF's best designs and a spin-off (arguably) of the OP Airman clone (108) from QoS. The other spin-off, Mathias, looks quite different. Personally of the 4 styles I like William the best and it's the one I wear, but let's face it we'll buy whatever frames he ends up wearing in Skyfall and learn to love 'em

Oh, I think you're forgetting a combination of the laws of capitalism combined with avarice on the part of Ford and the widespread pop appeal of DC.
Indeed, the cynic in me even wonders whether DC wasn't shoved outside wearing them knowing he was going to be papped. After all, in another shot a goffer seems to be giving him a scarf to wear...
I think people came to the conclusion that it felt like it should be around the price of Ray-Bans, rather than trying to compete with the superior Airman's build that they discovered when comparing in person.
So, yeah, Tom Ford's name made the glasses cost far more than their quality could earn.
The Tom Fords feel very flimsy in comparison to the OPs, its hard for me to be put a finger on specific points but the frame feels more solid for starters. When you have both in hand the TF feel a little bit "toyish" in comparison.

And I think the Tom Ford Williams are too wide for Daniel Craig because those are honestly the widest pair, while the Tom Ford James bond 007 from QoS is the narrowest. So the Tom Ford Marko will fit him in between. Also even though he showed up at the Premiere of cowboys and aliens wearing the Tom Ford Marko. You must know that sometimes Daniel Craig gets to pick his clothes and accessories from a list of choices by the designers but ultimately the producers have the last say. This has happened a few time in the previous movies.
Also Daniel Craig has been seen wearing his Persol Capri off set on Skyfall. I believe those to be his own personal pair and the Tom Ford Marko to be the on set sunglasses being used in the movie. since they match with the blue clothes he is wearing.

I'd agree with this, as I'd personally rather wear a decent quality pair of sunglasses when not having to be filmed in the TF sub-par glasses.

Unless the William has changed then I think he is wrong. I have a pair myself and they are slightly different!
Which is ideal if you like "James Bond" and "007" written all over your everyday kit.
