Does anyone know who plays the part of the Treasury Official at the end of Casino Royale who is looking out of M's window?? Is Michael G Wilson??

I don't think Michael G. Wilson would appear in two different roles.

Michael G Wilsons part in CR was small. Remember when Bond and Vesper met Mathis for the first time? The cops arrested a guy at the table behind Mathis. The guy arrested was Michael G. Wilson.

Phil Meheux, the director of Photography.
