OHMSS reversed film bit

I was watching the Ice Carnival part of OHMSS when Bond tries to lose himself in the crowd from Irma Bunt and the SPECTRE guards. Just after they get into the black Mercedes there is a short bit of film where the back of the car drives away to the left. While pausing/freeze-framing I suddenly noticed the view was reversed-the number plate and the CH (for Switzerland) were sideways reversed.

It's only for a couple of seconds but wonder how this happened? is it an editor's mistake?
The copy of the film CD is the Ultimate version sold in the UK.

I wonder if there are any other reversed image examples in the Bond films ?

I've never noticed this, So I'll keep an eye out for it in future. The scene when Tracy flips a racing car
on to its roof,The close up of the driver inside, is a normal shot shown upside down.
In YOLT, As Bond is driven to see Henderson, he starts the journey on One side of the car But arrives
    on the other.
I sure there are many more. :D

It is not a mistake. This is done deliberately, a creative decision made for various reasons. E.g. a car is shown going from left to right in preceding shots, and in the next from right to left. If it's felt to be irritating then the image simply is reversed. Or a dialogue would look better if an actor would face in the other direction (famous is the scene from Empire Strikes Back where Imperial officers are shown in reverse with their insignia on the wrong side - which was then corrected for the Special Editions).

You can see another example in AVTAK during the fire engine chase, when we see the rear of the LaFrance. The number plate and warning text are reversed.

But we should never forget that these scenes were meant to be seen for a second in a cinema and not in slow motion and freeze frame.
