consider my uncle is a lawyer and has looked at this item and found no issue there is nothing wrong with replicas as long as you state that it is so. the lighter company make many other designs and are a proffesional company and i would like to point out it is based on a screen used lighter, it is a well made replica and tbh ebay will do nothing about it trust me as i have reported things before the only time they acted was when someone was using pictures from an official website. if you are going to say that then think of all the unlicensed t-shirts on ebay of famous bands faces the lighter cases with 007 logo on the front it is no different. you can buy hundreds of replicas everywhere omega watched not from some 'aisan' company' they are united kingdom production and trust me it will not be confiscated i buy many replicas ff's im only 18 and can not afford st DuPont. so the ones i buy i never claim it to be the expensive one and you can see the differences. and at the end of the day none of you on this board have a say on what i purchase. i joined the board for advice and to see your other item you all make yourselves but if i met with the sort of criticism some of you are going i dont see the point i saw a post someone asking how to get a similar light for half the price and this is what i put on. thankyou to the people who also take my side on this matter.

The 007 logo is trademarked. Any reproduction without consent is illegal. It doesn't matter whether it's on 9 million t-shirts or one lighter, they are all illegal. Without going into the additional facts that it is intended to look like someone else's design or that the company name and logo is based on someone else's name and logo, the bottom line is that lighter has an unauthorised 007 logo on it and is therefore unequivocally illegal. End of story.
I also think your keyboard might be a knock-off too as it may look like a keyboard but obviously doesn't have an Uppercase function.
