Will check as I seem to have stuff that doesn't fit (e.g. I have a fair few shirts which DC wears in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and unfortunately they are too small)

The JL Becketts shoes were also worn by 007 in Casino Royale. He wears the Becketts when he arrives in Montenegro with Vesper, but switches to the Luffield to wear with his dinner jacket for the poker game.
While the Becketts are still readily available to purchase, I believe the Luffield model is out of production & is only available as a special order item.

Only note of caution that I'd add to this assumption is that in emails I had with John Lobb back in 2006 about the shoes they supplied to CR for DC the only ones they confirmed were the Luffield and Romsey boots...
Matt may have other information or photographic evidence, however.
